Last Tuesday, I went out with a couple of friends from my old college KLIUC to watch "Green Lantern". Honestly, I was kinda psyched bout the show. Even memorized the oath so I could recite it at the same time (LOL). But.. It didn't really turn out how I thought it would. It's not like I have high expectations for this show, but I thought that ending was kinda crappy. Then again, almost all Superheroes' movies have crappy endings. Especially form Marvel. But Green Lantern's from DC, definitely could've done better but........wtv la..

After the movie, we went STRAIGHT to Popeyes. Just like the old times. Talking crap, shoving at each other, ogling on hawt girls. Man, we totally acted like a bunch of kids. 3 of us took up 3 tables for ourselves and the food was amazing as usual. While eating, we updated each other bout our lives, bad mouthed our respective colleges, talked bout the good-ol-days, gossiped bout other mutual friends(LOL), and also, talked ALOT of shit. And by then, I also came to realize how much I actually miss KLIUC. And it's not just the people that I miss, I actually miss everything about it. Except the crappy admin services.

Anyway.. Enough bout my babblings and ramblings.

On 17th May of 2011, My dad turned 54. It's not the number of years that actually mattered, it's the celebration. We wanted to have dinner at EMPIRE's Chilli's on the 16th, cause my dad likes the fajitas at Chilli's and also because me and my sister planned to get some margaritas. But unfortunately, it was too packed and we didn't want to wait for 30 minutes to get seated, so we went to this other place. SERAI. No alcohol there. But it was alright I guess. Food there's not too shabby. The place is nice. And apparently the cake's good too. But other than that, nothing too special. But I will always remember that place cause my dad, being the birthday boy and all, forced us siblings to do something super embarrassing. He made us squeeze our faces together and take a picture to 'capture the moment' or something like that. There's this waiter that's standing near our table, he was practically laughing his a** off. How rude. And my sister thinks he might be a vampire. And I agree. So anyway. Here are the pics.

Yea. And now you know why the waiter was laughing. And I'm not sure if anyone noticed, but my sister looks almost the same for all 3 of the pictures. I find that kinda creepy. But anyways,

Today has been a very enlightening day for me. There a few incidents that led to it. I wouldn't say it was a bad day. I mean, I got to watch Fast & Furious 5 after what seems to be sooo long. Spent time with............I'll get to that next time.

Well, why I said today was enlightening is because, Firstly, I realized that, gossiping really packs a punch. Yea of course we all know it hurts and sh*t. But to truly understand how the one on the receiving end feels. Man... It stings. And I'm not even ON the receiving end, HECK, I don't even like the dude. But still, I felt really really REALLY bad for him. So I halfa**edly tried defending him. And somehow only managed to make things worse. Sorry dude, I tried. And at that moment, I did a sort of reflection of myself. In this area. GOSSIPING. How many people have I gossiped about in my life? Yea sure, at that time when it's happening it's funny, but must we really put other people down in order for us to have a good time or for whatever reason at all? Well. Food for thought for all of us I guess.

Secondly, I realized that when I drive, I turn into an asshole. And I cuss a lot. Okay fine. I cuss a lot even when I'm not driving, but I'm working on that. And that's not even the point. The point is, driving made me say sh*t I didn't even know I could bring myself to say and act like an asshole. This reminds me of one of Rev. Vincent's sermon. He once preached about how this guy had a bumper sticker saying "SMILE. Jesus loves you." But when a car cut his lane, he got pissed and gave the other driver the finger and was cussing all the way. He wasn't smiling at all. And yea. I may have changed the story a bit, but who cares? You're missing the point again!

This actually made me think. A LOT. I'm not only talking about just while on the road or about gossiping, but in every aspect of my life, am I REALLY reflecting Jesus in my life. Or setting Jesus as the ULTIMATE role model in my life and strive to be just like him? (the whole "What.Would.Jesus.do?" thingy) Well, obviously not. We can't all be saints. Though I'm not too sure if God will accept that excuse on judgement day.

But I think I'll start trying harder from now on.

We all knew this day would come. I mean, we all talked about it before. But still, it seems so unreal now that it actually happened. I guess cause it just happened, so it's as if it haven't registered in my brain yet. Maybe.

Well Su, if you're reading this, we all already started to miss you terribly last night, went to get ice-cream to cheer ourselves up, but that so did not help. Right now, everyone's probably trying to find a way to get used to the idea that you're not around anymore. Or like me, it just haven't really registered yet. As for Pyan, hmmmm, you probably know better than me.

Anyway, just to clarify things. I so did not cry k. My eyes got teary because there was something in my eye. I think it was because the day before, some soap went into my eyes. And somehow at KLIA, the pain resurfaced. Or smt like that. Probably caused by the change in atmosphere/climate. Or wtv. I don't know! But I did not cry! It's the soap.

For the past few months, I've been pretty busy with my final semester for my Diploma in Civil Engineering at KLIUC. And for this final semester, I have to do a thesis on a subject related to civil engineering. And while doing my thesis, I realized I have to write an abstract and an abstrak. Recently my dad went to my brother's school (Lick Hung Whoo!) to get my brother's report card. The teacher was complaining to my dad about a bunch of bad stuff in mandarin bout my bro. But since my dad doesn't understand mandarin, he just nods at anything and everything the teacher says (I could picture my dad's blur face, saw it countless times when I was in Lick Hung. Really funny. LOL). But there's one thing that my dad understands which is when the teacher started telling my dad something about facebook.

Apparently, my brother shared on his status update on facebook about his teacher looking like a bulldog or something like that. Not too sure bout the details. And the teacher actually found out about it! And told my dad about it. So my dad laughed. For quite awhile. Truth is, he laughed so much that he actually forgot to ask my brother to say sorry to the teacher. He said something bout how all that laughter made him really blur. And this is what he told my brother after that in the car "Next time, don't post this kind of things on facebook. Say only lah. Must know how to cover your backside. Learn from this mistake ok? You too Ian"

For most of you who already know, last month I broke something really expensive in college. For those who don't, I did. And it's supposed to cost a small fortune. Not only that, in Luke's open house, I also happen to break my glasses. Yup, I believe the title of this post explains it all.

Okay, back to the "expensive-thing-Ian-the-dumbass-broke", It's called a total station, used for land surveying. The total station in the link is not exactly the one I broke but very similar. How I broke it? Good question. There's actually a series of events to lead to this but I'll keep it short. I tripped over the tripod which the total station is on top of and the total station dropped on the ground and rolled on the road. Honestly speaking, I was scared shitless. And instead of the typical we should report this incident to the lab assistant, we decided to conceal this matter. Although we got found out that very evening.

Anyway, it's already been almost 2 months now and since the college admin and my lecturer didn't pursue into this matter any further, we all decided to let it slide. All these while I've been trying to find someone or something to blame being the typical human that I am. I finally settled with this.

I know this is really weird. Ian updating his blog in just a few days after his last post. Almost as weird as Ian started blogging. But screw it. Somehow I started regretted posting my previous post. But screw that too. Too lazy to delete it.

So this week's supposed to be exam week. Should've started studying weeks or even a month ago. But screw it. So I only started studying on Monday which is like 2 days ago and while I was compiling my playlist for my 'studying time', I ran across a song that made me laugh till my stomach hurts. 'I don't love you' by MCR. I remember that song was like the theme song for my 1st break up. But the best part was how Su Wei, Loong aka DJ M@X MINION (LOL), Hong Jun and Nick tried cheering me up. Especially Loong and Su.

Man.... I miss secondary school life. Seeing the same retarded faces every single day. Feel your heart skip a beat whenever you see your crush (maybe that's just me). Talking endlessly about your dreams and what you plan to accomplish after graduating. Eating nasi lemak with Loong. Eating fried egg salad with Su. Smuggle some snacks into the class to munch on. Skip class just to do something that's definitely a waste of time but so worth doing. And you have so much time to waste on drawing. Playin wit Pyan's tits (i still do that). Singing loudly and out of tune just because we could do it. Playing stupid 'fate' games. Screwing up a performance I had with Sara. Man... I could go on but I think you got my point.

Well, today was supposed to be stay-at-home-and-do-assignments-and-study-because-finals-is-near-day. But instead, I was forced to go coll to apparently "sit for a quiz". Which actually turns out to be a session of "waste time and chit chat with your lecturer" class. The worst part is that the person who actually managed to convince me to go to coll today did not show up because apparently he can't wake up. And he even stays in the stupid hostel while I have to travel all the way from Shah Alam. Moving on to the positive side, I managed to catch a lil shut eye in class since my lecturer decided to come late by say.... 1 and a half hours.

Anyway, what I rreally want to say is that...... I dreamt about Shen-Ly again during that ridiculously short period of nap. And it felt so real that I actually hoped with all my heart that I won't have to wake up.....ever. In the dream, I somehow was able to ride a superbike which really is weird coz I can't even ride a bike. And she was clutching my waist really tightly as i sped along the highway (yes, i know it sounds crazy). And I sped all the way into a TESCO. I know.. why TESCO? Then we went shopping for stuff and walking around pushing the trolley together. And I have this habit of hugging Shen-Ly from behind and kissing her neck while she's absorbed in a book in MPH or lookin at smt. And she always gets startled by it. =) Well, it's the same in this case and she spun around and plant a gentle kiss on my lips. God... It felt so real. she held my hand as we walked on and, get this, she asked me to stop her from going to Russia. But then again, it could be because I really don't want her to leave, although she left already. And yea, we just kept walking around and I spent most of the time hugging her. When suddenly out of nowhere came like a dozen of police and I woke up. I felt like dying, right on the spot! All because my lecturer came.

Then, the stupid day goes by like usual. Take the bus to ktm Serdang, then train to midvalley. And I actually find it hard to walk into midvalley. Usually i head straight to the bus stop and take the U65 bus straight home but I was supposed to buy a gift for Caleb from the cell. Happy b'day big man! Which forced me to step foot into midvalley. And trust me when I say I spent the whole day strolling down memory lane. Everywhere I go, everywhere I look reminds me of Shen-Ly. Sigh. Conclusion is.. I miss her like crazy!! Once I reached home, the 1st thing I did was browse through the pictures we took together and watched some of the videos she took for me long time ago. And also viewed her FB page. And I saw some of her pictures her friends posted when they were in Russia. She seemed so happy with her life and friends. It saddens me that I can't possibly give her happiness anymore. She moved on....... Well..

Today was really a @$$$%#^%&*%#% DAY!!! I screwed up BIG time on ma Maths mid-term test. 20 FFFFing percent man... I actually hav from 11am-8pm to do some laz minute revisions and stuff. But I let my overconfidence take control and lead me on to the dark side of..... uh.... studyin? Whatever it is, I just hope I could get 1 more chance to study and redo it.. But then again, what's done is done right? Keep that crap to yourself. I'm still FRUST!!!!!!!!

I know it's been a LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG while since I've updated and I dunno if any1 actually still reads my blog, but for now..... I"M BACK!!!! again.... For the meantime at least. =) Anyway.. Life's good. Just started my 2nd year in coll. I have 2 hawt lecturers this semester. Got a few new friends there. Got a new external hard disk. AND..... Yeah. That's it for the good side. Now to the bad side. I lost my 8GB thumbdrive. I gained like a TON. I have sleeping issues. I can't seem to sketch out anythin cool. I have problems in family and relationships. HUGE problems. And I think I'm turning into a geek. So there u go... My life simplified, compacted and served on a digital plate.. =)

Today started out really normal rite? I went to college like usual. I hav a presentation today, no big D. So ma group members were already there so we were discussing and makin last minute changes to the slides and all. Then after we're done all of ma groupies except ma closest fren started takin out their notes and start studyin! I wuz lyk wat the............. So I went up to 1 of em and said "dude.. Wat's wrong man? Why u guys suddenly start studyin like crazy? Next week got quiz?" This dude looked at me as if I said smtg really ridiculous. That was when he said smt that started to make this supposedly good day turn bad. Man....... There wuz a mid-term test that i apparently know nothing of!! ARGGGGHH!!! And for some stupid unknown reason... Ma legs are killin' me AND I feel supa tired... I read that all these are signs of depression. *sigh* Honestly I don't know anymore....

I know everyone is wondering much about what happened between me and HER. Wellll.. The reason is posted in HER blog. So ya. But if you're wondering how I'm holding up, continue reading on. Just hope I could finish this post without breaking down again.

Okayyy. I'll give you a little peek on what I'm going through now. Welll.. I've been crying day in and day out. I try stopping but it seems that every little thing no matter how small, like a song we once sang together, or a song she sang out loud which is completely out of tune, or when I'm playing megaman or reading comics online, i could hear her nagging. I could go on but.... Ahhhh.. I'm sorry. Anyway, Some of you should know she's been staying over my mom's kindie very often and that my parents send her back all the time. So just put yourself in my position. How am I supposed to go into the car and not see her there? Or how am i supposed to go to ma mom's place and not see her walking around doing what she does best? Making me fall in love with her all over again. Making me so nervous I find it hard to find the words to say to her. And how am i supposed to accept the fact that she is trying to forget her feelings for me??? Ahhhhhh.. I'm sorry but I can't help it.. I'm already crying like a baby again.......

I've been dreaming bout HER. Saturday night itself. I dreamt that she was lying in my arms sleeping again. The thing is I keep waking up just to find that I'm lying there all alone and I have to cry myself to sleep again. The dream keeps on repeating itself whenever i fall asleep. Sometimes I just wish that I could sleep forever and that I won't have to wake up and face reality. I miss her touch, hug, kiss and most of all her smile. I know I can't keep going on like this but... I just can't focus on anything else other than HER. I really do love her with all my heart. And I understand that she needs to find herself. So baby.. I really love u and I'll TRY to get over it. But for now, bear with me and my childish feelings and emotions..

Yup.. Dis is it. Afro Samurai Resurrection!! Da story is cooler. His old nemesis' sister is tryin to resurect afro's dad so dey could torture him. Sick sonsova...... Hahaha.. Anyways.. Juz dl-ed it today. Remember wat i said bout Samuel not havin enuf lines and all? Dey realized dey're mistakes and gave him more lines. And da hot chic u see in da pic is voiced by Lucy Liu. So da lines and all are pretty neat dis time. Cleaner too. But da 'mature contents' are still dere. Lesser tho. Woohoo!! Da music too... In da series, it's aite. But in da movie.... 1 word.. DAMN!!! U shud really check out da startin song. It's visuals seems nicer too. But 1 flaw i experince is dat da movie i dl-ed is abit faulty. Sigh. Ntg comes free in life. Uwant smt, there's owez a price to pay.. Guess i gotta find da ori. [walk to Popular again].. Hope dis time dey'll at least giv me a RM2 discount. Hahaha.. Since I've juz recommended an anime, I wuz juz thinkin.. Mite as well put in some gud words for ma fave comics. But since dat'll be lyk alot to squeeze into 1 post, I'll be splittin' em up into a few posts.

So... Da 1st comic i recommend u guys read is.... AIR GE AR.. Da story is set in tokyo where there's dis invention called air trexx which is smt lyk motorized roller-skates but way more awesome-er. Da plot is about a Ikki who stayed wit his parent's fren's children. 1 day he found air trexx in their hse and dat's how everythin' started. Welllll.. Some of u mite hav watched da anime And think dat it sux and dat u noe da story and everythin. But trust me, ur freakin' wrong! Da anime u can say, is a real dissapointment.. Very very very much unlike da comic which is lyk awesome. Da anime twisted da story of da comic so much dat da only thing i can relate da anime and da comic together are da characters.. (Not all of em oso).. Da best part of air gear actually begins AFTER da anime ended. (in ma opinion la). Check out all da pics at da bottom. Not right... bottom la dummy.. Dat's all da fang kings. There are alot more kings and all but I personally prefer da fang kings more. Hahahaha.. I even linked it so juz check out da site at least.. But do noe dis comis oso contains 'mature contents' and foul languages..

Now dis is 1 heck of an anime.. I juz finished watchin' it today.. There's only 5 episodes plus 15 MINUTES of NEVER SEEN BEFORE FOOTAGE AND MORE! Well.. I mean, at least dat's wat da word says beside da samurai. U losers shud really check it out. Owh, and i wanna thank popular. U guys are gr8. Sellin' da whole thing for only 15 bux.. givin me a RM1.9 discount, u guyz made lyk ma day or smt.. Bunch of cheapskates..

Oh yes. I noe some of u monkeys will need some convincing. So lemme elaborate.... It's about afro there losing his dad in front of dis dude. So he set out to kill dis dude. Dat's all I'm spillin' on da story..... Da music is aite. Not really lyk off da hook or smt.. Some of da characters dialogs are lyk retarded!! Hahaha.. Also as da pic says, Samuel L Jackson is da AFRO SAMURAI. I noe all dis sound very unconvincing, but when it comes to da art and da sword fighting scenes..... DAMN!!! Brilliant!! It is flippin'!! Tons of blood! And juz a little bit gory. Hahaha.. Ok.. Quite alot of gore. But i dun think u'll feel uncomfortable wit dis 1. And another gud thing for ppl lyk me who doesn't understand jap is dat it's in english!! Kinda weird hearin' Samuel L Jackson speakin' jap thru out da show. Altho his dialogs are lyk freakin' limited. I even doubted if it really wuz Sam's voice. Owh, juz a lil warnin'. Dis anime contains alot of foul languages and juz abit of 'mature contents'.. If ur da type who dun feel comfortable wit all dat den i'd suggest u go to da store and get da censored 1. But all in all.. A gud anime to kill ma time wit.. Currently I'm downloadin' da movie. I din know there's a movie. Hahaha.. Till da next time..
